My Story
No BS way of consulting, efficiently and with direct purpose.
Born Californian, moved to El Paso at a young age. During a blizzard my brother made a snow ramp for his bike in which allowed me to climb the fence. I was almost mauled by our neighbors' aggressive dog, if not for my puppy that pulled me down. Since then, I have always been a very big dog and animal lover. We moved to San Antonio, Tx and for my young educational career, became a aircraft technician at the beginning of the war 2003. Found it wasn't my calling, so took a risk, and moved to Phoenix, AZ to pursue my love of creativity and design through video games. After a lucky sale I invested in several companies some succeeded some failed, but took my new found knowledge
and began consulting companies after moving back to Texas. Then the worst happened and I became a widower when the mother of my child unexpectedly passed away from a complication with her double lung transplant due to cystic fibrosis. At the same time of becoming a widower my personal mentor and father figure passed away from Alzheimer's. After winning a stressful battle to obtain full custody of my son from her parents, I had a gun put in my face after having to terminate jobs with a client whom over-employed. Realizing, my son was almost orphaned I quickly allowed my Mother to persuade me to stop doing that line of work and even stop working in the movie industry (where I had a lot of fun) and get into teaching. I fell in love. It always keeps you out of your comfort zone, constantly self educating, and changing lives a few souls at a time. A couple years later I almost opened a couple new bar/restaurants for myself when I STOPPED and thought what do I NOT know. Taxes, Insurance, and Real Estate. Eureka! I dove headfirst into everything Real Estate and after 4 years using my business growing expertise, turned it into a multi-million dollar empire, spanning hundreds of units, handling large and small deals, from residential flips to storage facilities to holding large apartment building. Now I am taking my hard earned knowledge and giving it to you, but unlike those other "guru" types I am a certified educator and have taken my years of educational expertise and applied it to your training and programs.

We will go over your Blueprint and I will personally coach you over a 1 hour phone consultation to educate you and help build your own personal Pathway to Success. We will then call you once a month for 6 months to help motivate and answer any questions you may have.
